Conducted Immunty Test Room
The conducted immunity test room is equipped with devices suitable to perform immunity tests against electromagnetic disturbances from CC up to 400 MHz with powers up to 300 W. It is also equipped with burst, surge, CS115, CS116 pulse generators.
The disturbances created by conduction are transmitted by an electric “conductor”, that is from: Internal power lines or distribution network, control cables, data transmission cables, protection conductors, earth conductors, parasitic capacitances, etc.
These types of disturbances are mainly characterized by a lower spectral content compared to the irradiated disturbances but by a greater power and can give rise to temporary or permanent malfunctions until the failure of the equipment
